Judge Kim Brown presides over the 254th Family District Court in Dallas County, Texas. She was first elected to this bench in 2020 and is now seeking her third term. Kim Brown was born and raised in the Oak Cliff section of Dallas. Her father is a retired Dallas Police Officer and her mother is a retired nurse.
Kim Brown resides in Desoto with her husband and children.
